    We want you to love your SafeGarden. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your SafeGarden Original within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the planter has never had soil or plants added.

    To be eligible for a return:

    • The SafeGarden must be unused and in original condition.

    • Soil, planting, or modifications will void eligibility for a refund.

    Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of delivery and return pick-up. We are happy to help coordinate return shipping upon request.

    How to Start a Return:
    Please contact us within 30 days of your delivery date to initiate a return or ask any questions.

    Program your SafeGarden's keypad lock with a unique access code. This code will be shared with delivery personnel to grant them access to the secure compartment.​

    2. Update Delivery Instructions

    For each delivery service, provide clear instructions:

    • Amazon:

      • During checkout, under "Add Delivery Instructions," specify:

        • “Please place packages in the SafeGarden planter box. Access code: [Your Code].”

      • Sign in to your UPS My Choice account.

      • Navigate to "Delivery Preferences" and add instructions:

        • “Deliveries: Place in SafeGarden planter box. Access code: [Your Code].”

    • FedEx:

      • Add a note:

    • USPS:

      • Visit USPS.com and use the "Delivery Instructions" feature.
