Is the delivery compartment waterproof?
Yes. Each compartment is designed with durable waterproofing materials, sealed edges, and drainage systems to keep your packages dry and protected from the elements.
Do I need to assemble it myself?
No. Each SafeGarden arrives fully assembled and ready to use.
How secure is the lock?
Every SafeGarden features a durable weather-rated keypad lock. You can customize the code and update it anytime to control access.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return window as long as soil has not been added to the planter. Customers are responsible for return shipping and pickup cost.
Who builds the SafeGarden?
Each SafeGarden is handmade in Philadelphia by a veteran-owned small business using locally sourced materials and skilled craftsmanship.
Can SafeGarden be secured to my home or porch?
Yes. SafeGarden is designed for freestanding use, but it can also be secured to your porch or property for added security with a eye-hook on the bottom.
